General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our chauffeur service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Services
We provide luxury chauffeur services including airport transfers, corporate travel, event transportation, and customized tours. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or mobile app. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services.
3. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash. For corporate accounts, invoicing terms can be arranged. Full payment is required before or immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
5. Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or road conditions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our chauffeurs and maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or pose a safety risk.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
